This module focuses on developing a framework for compliance and regulation in social care. The module develop students understanding of code of professional conduct and ethics within social care settings. The module will analyze the standards of service provision and identify relevant legislation which ensures high quality service delivery. This module will develop students knowledge around governance, policy and documentation. Students will critically analyse policy and practice in these key areas in a combination of lectures and practically based workshops.
