Practice Reflection & Skills Development

The aim of this module is to facilitate the student in utilising their experiences on placement to identify their personal and professional growth and to develop a learning plan for further skills and knowledge development in their second placement: to enable the student to utilise reflective practice models to identify current strengths and weaknesses in their practice; to facilitate the student in exploring their experiences of supervision, peer support and interdisciplinary working; to equip the student with tools for self- awareness and self- care in the working environment; to enable the student to integrate theory with practice.
