Module Overview

The Professional Practice module, builds on professional practice is an integral part of the programme of the Higher Certificate in Estate Agency Practice (Valuation Sales and Lettings - Level 6). The aims of the module are to:* Provide students with the opportunity to demonstrate and apply the practical knowledge and skills gained through the programme in an estate agency setting.* Facilitate students to develop practical competencies and communication skills necessary to work as an estate agency. The module provides students with an opportunity to reflect on their learning and their development as a professional practitioner at the end of their first year of study.
