This module is designed for students who have completed piano, organ or harpsichord as part of Supporting Musicianship Studies 2, and wish to continue their instrumental study in Stage 3 or Stage 4 in order to consolidate and enhance skills acquired in the first two years, as an aid to working in the community and/or educational environment.

Syllabus content
Repertoire (to be chosen by the lecturer); sight-reading; accompaniment; improvisation; technical exercises including appropriate studies, scales and arpeggios (detailed syllabi available in the Instrumental Appendix).
