The Student Health Centre welcomes all TU Dublin Blanchardstown registered students. The Service is envisaged as an addition to the student’s own family GP or specialist medical service. It operates within resource constraints so certain service limitations apply.  We offer a professional health care to all registered students of the Institute. Encouraging a pro-active approach to health, the emphasis on Health Awareness and Promotion for the student population.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way we work and now requires the Student Health Centre to develop new mechanisms of service delivery on campus. The development of services needs to balance the safety of both students and Health Centre staff and the needs of our individual students.

The Student Health Centre aims to:

  • Continue to provide medical services to registered students in a confidential, professional and courteous manner.
  • Continue to provide a high quality, timely and reliable service to students.
  • Adapt to other ways of delivering care, by the provision of secure remote consultations via telephone and/or video, where face to ace may not be necessary or pose a possible risk to staff.
  • Encourage our students to contact the Student Health Centre by telephone if they have any health concerns whether Covid-19 related or not on (01) 220 8117.
